'HotWork' is an intelligent distribution of over 15 Open Source projects for Java developers. It provides instant infrastructure with all the things developers need to be productive: IDE and plugins, Application Server, frameworks, sample projects and etc. Outcome of a longstanding evolutive research process in which several open source projects were examined and only the ones with highest stage of maturity, stability and integration were selected for this solution. It is provided an instant infrastructure with all the subsidies necessary to the development team, in order to be productive. A web installer provides a selective and increasing installation of the frameworks and tools, in a way that they can be selected in accordance to the architecture pre defined by the own team.
