Neeraj Bajaj is a member of the technical staff in the web technology and standards group at Sun Microsystems. He has been working in the area of core XML processing related technologies for more than 4 yrs. He is the architect of Sun Java Streaming XML Parser and the co-spec lead of JAXP 1.4. He has contributed in the development of Apache open-source Xerces2-J project and implementation of JSR 60 (JAXP 1.2), JSR 206 (JAXP 1.3) , JSR 173 (Stax) and JAXP 1.4. In my current role, I am the lead engineer of JAXP team.

I have worked on the implementation of Stax, JSR 173. I am the architect of Sun Java Streaming XML Parser (SJSXP). SJSXP is the implementation of Stax, JSR 173. SJSXP is very fast and is part of JWSDP 1.5 :-)

I love working on core Java and improving performance.
