Inderjeet Singh is a software engineer at Google Inc where he works on the Google Checkout product. Prior to joining Google, Inderjeet was a Senior Staff Engineer with Sun Microsystems where he was the technical lead for the
Java EE SDK
and the
Java BluePrints
program. He is the primary author of the Addison-Wesley Java-series books,
Designing Web Services with the J2EE 1.4 Platform
and
Designing Enterprise Applications with the Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition
(now in second edition). He is a regular speaker on enterprise application design. In the past, he designed fault-tolerance software for large-scale distributed telecommunications switching systems. Inderjeet holds an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from
Stanford University

Washington University in Saint Louis
, and a B.Tech. in computer science and engineering from
