I have 8 years of overall experience in the software industry as a developer and as a manager. Currently I am a systems architect for CR2, a provider of banking software (channel management, ATM switching and card management). My past experience includes 7 years in telecommunications were I successfully promoted java to be used in the IP Telephony products.

My contribution to Java and open source includes speaking on Chicago Java User Group (presentation of aspect oriented programming for Java) and coding for a few versions of SQLUnit.

I am interested in Web Services because I think that service oriented architecture is going to profoundly change the design of the products I am currently working on.
