Portal Pack project has a group of NetBeans? plugins to support full life-cycle of portlet application developement inside NetBeans?. Using these plugins portlet develoeprs can develop, package, deploy and test portlet inside their NetBeans? IDE.By automatic code and Deployment Descriptor(henceforth aka "dd") generation, Portal Pack will help developers to develop portlets quickly. It provides a tight integration with portal servers (like Sun Java System Portal Server 7.x, The Open Source Portlet Container on java.net)to support deployment and undeployment of portlets on both local and remote server.

It has following sub projects

  • portletbuilder
  • serverplugins

The Portal Pack Wiki is a valuable informational resource for this community and is open for reading to all. Contributors to existing or new wiki topics need to have a registered user id.
