Killer App! Serious. Android Developer, Business Partner. For an App in a new market that is un-tapped, and very large. Viable, achievable, and sustainable!
(A re-post / update: better clarity in the title and description …)
I'm eagerly searching for a good developer for a top-notch App in its field. I realize we've never met: I'm an experienced Java developer; serve on a JSR expert group; and I really hope you'll take a look: it's a hot hot product in an un-tapped large new market. I have acute expertise, and experience in this field; and know it's viable, achievable, and sustainable; and assure you it can truly be a killer! The sooner the market is addressed the better. Here is my LinkedIn profile, and a little about me:
I'm a music industry professional — and primarily a musician looking to better fund my own performing work. I have patented technology in the cross-section of software and the music industry; open discussions with one of the largest firms in the music business about a piece of my IP (I really kicked down a door on that one); I'm a lifelong musician; and also a certified Java Developer — and participated in a JSR expert group (I can be found on JCP.org …). I want to see this product started, but then I will step way in the back … On LinkedIn: http://www.linkedin.com/in/steevcoco And if you want to glance at my resume for the experience I have in Music, Java, and Sales: https://docs.google.com/document/d/132YMNFoR5QqZZjCdgi48qx1oAH9Z41L71TMJ6SGmB5g/edit?hl=en&authkey=CNSDsKwJ
The idea (IP) is very very viable; a first-of-it's-kind product; in an extremely large market. It is also, relatively speaking, easy to develop! — There is some back-end involved. Because it's so hot the market should be addressed right away! The product is in marketing; and the music industry.
What I have been looking to do is find a developer who likes the idea and sees the viability, to build this product from the ground-up with me — I'll do a ton of sales, and "expert input" — and the developer basically takes over the clear majority of the business …
The only rough spot is in me feeling safe about sharing the idea: It is hot; and obvious; and will be easy to understand its viability: so I can't be naive: I've been asking anyone interested to sign a very short agreement of confidentiality; and then I'll feel safe to share the details. It's just to guard my rights in case we do not continue forward together. (This is a copy of the agreement if you'd like to grab it: Hopefully the intended spirit comes across: short, and no strings: just to protect my idea: https://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AZPPuPBVwATmZHhmZHRmZF83OGdnZHgzY24z&hl=en&authkey=CMyz6dED ) I assure you this is a killer app in a new market that is un-tapped, and very large; and I am fully qualified.
I am earnest about starting this business and getting it really rolling — and then moving out of the way as I've said. I am totally confident that this can fly and be worthwhile for me and everyone involved in starting it up. I myself am excited to get it going …
Are you able to consider talking? Please call or email me if we can talk further at all: If you want anything more from me, please just ask and I'll absolutely do all I can to assure you it is sound.
