Notes in need of follow up

• do something with small groups: recognition, volume is cool but small groups get stuff done
• is there documentation on pulling in rss feed for project page dynamic content? other sorts of content that can be pulled in?
• new forum, seeded with bloggers and leads, to discuss things that I, the CM, want to discuss!! start with purpose of java.net, continue with infrastructure and look and feel changes. Ways to make java.net better, using the existing infrastructure.
• that forum could be a complement to a newly public communityleaders project, and make the leads list of form discuss, with moderators to allow (or not) comments to the list from non-members. That way the two can reference each other, and generate activity in the forums-ok, only-email overlapping but unequal sets of participants.
