The goals of NOVAJUG include: To provide continuous education for our members, to become a noticeable influence in the Northern Virginia, and to always keep our membership free.

NOVAJUG is divided into three Special Interest Groups (SIGs): The Enterprise Java SIG, the Core Java SIG, and the Java Micro Edition / Wireless SIG. We also support two separate study groups.

NOVAJUG currently consists of more than 700 members. If you are not already a member, you can learn how to join from Our Yahoo!Groups Page. In addition to the Yahoo! Message Board and other benefits that Yahoo!Groups provides us, the NOVAJUG holds regular meetings and will soon sponsor training for its members.
