Emailing the JUG Leaders Mailing List

In addition to this minor content change on the JUG Events services page, emails to the JUG Leaders list when a new JUG location is added or an existing JUG location is changed would be all that is needed for the JUG map initiative at java.net and the JUG Events initiative at jugevents.org to operate in a truly collaborative mode. The emails of new JUG data to the list will serve two purposes. First, it will allow the current process for verifying new JUG map data and subsequent addition to the java.net JUG map to go forward unchanged. Plus, this is a good way for all the JUG Leaders to be notified of the existence of new JUGs. Of course, the [MAP] prefix in the subject line convention should be followed in the emails that get sent to the list.
