Mobicents SIP Resource Adaptor

Overview

Mobicents SIP RA is a Mobicents sub-project aiming at creating a high performance SLEE extension for the SIP protocol. Project home page: https://sip-ra.dev.java.net/

The initial standard SIP RA specification has been proposed by JSR 22 (JAIN SLEE 1.0), where the resource adaptor type name is “JAIN SIP”. The resource adaptor type vendor is “javax.sip”. The resource adaptor type version is “1.1”. Mobicents provides a fully compliant implementation of this specification.

Currently there is an active community work towards the next version of the SIP RA, which includes several ehnacements to allow more convenient development of SIP services for a range of applications. The resource adaptor type name is “JSIP v1.2”; resource adaptor type vendor is “net.java.slee.sip”. The resource adaptor type version is “1.2”.
