Pong clone: Progressive Browser of 3D models for LG3D?
Description
The idea is to develop a clone of the pong game for the LG project, adding some features to the basic game, as power-ups etc, in order to make it more attractive and funny. The game will be a competion against the computer or other human player, in the computer mode several difficult level will be implemented.
Derivables.
- Project documentation : source code, general description, design hints etc.
- Browser Core: Browser functionality classes.
- Browser Interface: Presentation and user interfaces components of the browser.
Tentative Schedule
- (1 week ) Get used to the LG3D? enviroment
- (2 weeks) Browser design
- (2 weeks) First iteration : Browser interaction and basic functionality
- (1 week) Second iteration: Progressive coding and first iteration review.
- (1 week) Third iteration: Progressive transmission and former interations review.
- (1 week) Final iteration: Browser final version.
Total: 8-9 weeks
Background
- Studies: I am studing at computer engineering department of Beihang University for the master's degree(China)
- Skills
- Programming Paradigms: Structured programming (C), Object Oriented programming (Java,C#,C++), Marked programming (html,xml,VRML).
- Database knowledge: standard SQL and Oracle,MySQL and MS SQLserver plattaforms.
- Windows and Linux Administrator level.
